Bookings & Check in

Our trips are very popular and bookings are recommended, especially in the summer months. It pays to book as early as you can to secure the most suitable departure time(s). Check in time is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Photographs

Photography is not permitted during our activities for safety and simplicity reasons. However, we do offer a photographic service. The guides take pre-set photos during the trip.

Sorry- we cannot take extra photos as this might impact on the quality of the other client's trips. Clients may choose whether or not to purchase photographs at their own option at the completion of the activity. Photos/CDs are not included in the activity price.

Pricing & Cancellation Policy

Prices are GST (tax) inclusive. Also included is the use of equipment and everything else that is listed as to be supplied by Waitomo Adventures Ltd. Customers must supply a credit card number to secure their activity booking.

In the event of a client failure to check in at the scheduled time of departure or cancellation within a 24-hour period, the credit card will be charged with 25% of the booking value. In the event of clients making a booking and then simply not turning up - they will be charged 100% of the booked trip value.
