Cancellation Policy

 

If you have booked directly with us and cancel up to 24 hours prior to departure, you will receive a full refund ( you do not need a reason to cancel ).
After this point, there are no refunds.

A 100% fee will be charged in the following events:
Client failure to check-in at the scheduled time ( 15 minutes prior to departure ).
Cancellation within 24 hours of departure.

If you are having any sort of problem getting to us on time, please contact us on freephone 0800 WAITOMO (0800 924866) as soon as possible. This could save you cancellation fees and we will help with rescheduling where possible.
